NXT 32

September 28, 2010 – Bloomington, Illinois

This is a pretty infamous episode of this show, because it was taped the week earlier and features no wrestling matches. It’s also the final episode of NXT to air on Syfy, as WWE started airing all episodes after this on WWE.com.

First up is a wheelbarrow challenge, which is just wheeling a wheelbarrow with Hornswoggle in it around the ring. Kaitlyn wins the thing. Cole straight up called this bad television, which is true but it begs the question as to why this happened. Was it a way to stick it to Syfy? This isn’t rhetorical if anyone knows what happened here I’d like to know.

There’s not much content to show on this episode, so they play a full segment from Smackdown in which Kane trashes the Undertaker, Paul Bearer returns, and Undertaker chases Kane out of the ring. The whole thing is like 15 minutes.

The final main event of NXT on Syfy is a Diss the Diva Challenge. It’s just more bad promos. I’m going to be honest, I skipped the last three. AJ wins the thing. Vicky Guerrero bugs out and berates Kaitlyn for not winning. Kaitlyn turns on Guerrero and attacks her. They’ll fight each other next week. Cole rips on that match happening next week, but now that views on the website are all they’re going for, shouldn’t he stop shitting on everything?
