Ezekiel Jackson def. Goldust
Punch-kick-punch-punch-kick-Jackson hits the uranage for the win at 5:48. Snooze. Vladimir Kozlov attacks Goldust after the match. *½
Sheamus comes out for a chat, complaining about getting disqualified against Shelton Benjamin on Superstars. Benjamin hasn’t lived up to his potential but Sheamus will blah blah blah nobody cares.
Paul Burchill def. The Hurricane
This was pretty boring too. Hurricane is more interesting than either guy in the opener, but then Burchill just beat Hurricane and yet it somehow doesn’t feel like the feud is over. Like, okay Burchill won; but Hurricane didn’t then admit that he was Helms so what even was the point? Burchill hit the Jackhammer for the win at 7:01. *¾
Christian & Yoshi Tatsu def. William Regal & Zack Ryder
Christian & Tatsu have a cute little relationship where they both want to be the last person to thank the other. I just want to see the fucking title match between them already! I guess the build is working on me. This match was pretty fun. Everyone seemed to be having a good time out there, which gave it a nice energy. Regal tagged in illegally and forcefully near the end, so Ryder turned on him which gave Christian the opening to hit the Killswitch for the win at 10:20 (shown). **¾
