NXT 148

December 19, 2012 – Winter Park, Florida

Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso def. Epico & Primo
This picked up some nice steam down the stretch, but it took its sweet time getting there. The post-match Ascension confrontation felt really stale, too. **¾

Big E Langston def. Camacho & Aiden English
Even the commentators don’t really have time for this feud, which just doesn’t make sense. From Dusty Rhodes’s removal of a bounty he shouldn’t have control over to English’s involvement to why this was a handicap match at all, nothing tracks. N/A

Kassius Ohno def. Percy Watson
The crowd didn’t care about this match and neither did I. Oh I yelled at William Regal after the match and Regal didn’t respond. The camera lingered on Regal for an awkwardly long time. ¾*

Seth Rollins comes out to cut a promo, still not wearing Shield gear. He says he’s ready to face anyone. Corey Graves runs out and attacks Rollins’ knee. He says a whole buncha mumbo jumbo that amounts to wanting the title.

The Big Show def. Bo Dallas
That was kinda fun. Big Show certainly has a good sense for how to structure a match. **½
