February 7, 2012 – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Heath Slater def. Derrick Bateman
This was fine for a three-minute match, but its short duration made Bateman look like a dweeb. *¾
Percy Watson def. Darren Young
Another perfectly fine basic match, with Young also throwing in a couple fun heel spots. **
Johnny Curtis tries to convince Kaitlyn that she should make a move on Bateman. Kaitlyn isn’t totally uninterested. Later on while Kaitlyn and Bateman are talking, Maxine interrupts to berate Bateman about his loss. Bateman has to keep them from fighting and Curtis watches all of this from around a corner.
Tyson Kidd def. Trent Barreta
They clearly told everyone to do the best that they could in under five minutes tonight, and so far everyone’s been game. Baretta and Kidd put in a good effort here, but again it was just too short to matter. Later on, Kidd tells Barreta that he respects the fight that he brings and he wants to be a tag team with him. **¼
Maxine def. Kaitlyn
These two didn’t seem to get the memo that I mentioned earlier. ½*
Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks def. Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso
This was all chinlocks. Hawkins & Reks are a terrible team. Hawkins uses his cane to help Reks get the win. Matt Striker tries to run out to reverse the decision but Hawkins knocks him out before he can. The post-match bit was more interesting than anything in the match. *¼
